Once a digital product is delivered or access is granted, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • You purchased by mistake

Our Lifetime Subscription ($59) provides instant access to:

  • All existing WordPress templates

  • All future templates uploaded to BuyDG Store

  • Unlimited downloads and usage

Because this subscription grants immediate and full access, it is:

Refunds will not be issued once subscription access is activated.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Although we maintain a strict no-refund policy, a refund may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally

  • Technical error resulting in double charge

  • Payment completed but access was not delivered

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof of payment.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of BuyDG Store.

5. Technical Issues & Support

If you experience any of the following issues:

Compatibility issues do not qualify for a refund.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • You may be blacklisted from future purchases
